Specific deliverables, scope, and SLA timelines are set out in individual statement of work (SOW) agreements issued prior to client onboarding.
3. Free Diagnostic Tools (TPI Score)
The Talent Positioning Index (TPI) calculator is provided free of charge as a directional diagnostic tool. TPI scores are computed from self-reported data and are intended to surface positioning gaps — they do not constitute formal employment guarantees or placement promises.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All proprietary frameworks, website content, diagnostic algorithms, and visual designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Ripple Nexus. Reproduction or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Outcomes & Salary Hike Disclaimer

Past performance does not guarantee specific individual compensation outcomes, as final offers depend on market forces, negotiation execution, and employer hiring budgets.
6. Executive Platform & Portal Development
Joining the Catalyst Platform waitlist or scheduling an early strategy session registers your priority interest. Platform feature availability, tier pricing, and release dates remain subject to modification prior to official launch.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ripple Nexus and its consultants shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

All client engagements, resume rewrites, and consultation discussions are conducted under strict executive non-disclosure standards. We never disclose client identities, career histories, or corporate affiliations to third parties without express written authorization.
